I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mathematical Engineering, and a Master's degree in Mathematical Engineering with application in Statistics from the Politecnico di Milano.
In 2021 was awarded a Ph.D. in Statistics by the Department of Mathematical Sciences of the University of Copenhagen under the supervision of Prof. Helle Sørensen, and co-supervision of Prof. Ana-Maria Staicu at North Caroline State University (NCSU) and Dr. Anders Tolver (University of Copenhagen).
During my Ph.D., I visited both the Department of Statistics at NCSU and the Department of Biostatistics at Columbia University, hosted by Prof. R. Todd Ogden.
After my Ph.D. and until 2024, I worked under the supervision of Prof. Sofia C. Olhede, head of the Chair of Statistical Data Science at the Department of Mathematics of the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL).
Since 2024, I am a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in Mexico City.
I am currently based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
